Latest web project: mivision

Our dear friends and clients, TOMA Publishing have finally got around to having a website created for their most excellent publication,
mivision.

For the uninitiated, mivision is a monthly trade magazine for the optic industry, distributed across Australia and New Zealand to over 6,000 loyal readers every month. It is a truly unique publication due to the fact that the design and layout of the magazine is outsourced to a design agency (in this case, Red5) rather than it being done by in-house designers at mivision. This not only allows for a superior level of design, with studio-calibre people working on all facets of the publication, but it also means that the staff at mivision can focus on what they do best – delivering well-written and relevant content to a burgeoning industry.

Anyway, back to the point of this post.

The new mivision website is being developed in order to capitalise on the growing demand for online news sources. TOMA Publishing directors, Todd Tai and Mark Cushway have many ideas around how to expand their business and add value to their customer base, by leveraging off of their already successful magazine, and the cornerstone of this approach will be the new website.

Great looking site. It's rare to find such a clean looking news site - I just took a look at it and the article page in particular works brilliantly. Cheers.
